Sonipat Global city is the new
revised name of the township which was formerly known as Jindal Global city.
This whole project is situated in sector 35 Sonipat. This real estate project is
spread over 650 acres of land on the outskirts of Sonipat city. The development
of this township is being done in various phases. In phase 1, the land of about
160 acres was developed in the city
Now with the change of the name
of the township, the phase 2 has started. In this phase many of new entities
will be added to the township. This phase will see the construction of 800
cottages and houses known as Jindal leisure cottages homes 2, which will be
spread over 200 acres of land in the Sonipat global city.
Than there will be Jindal park
view which will be a high rise apartment’s project that will be spread over
13.45 acres of land with a built up area of 6 lacs sq. feet. And there is
Jindal heights which will also be as high rise residential property and will be
developed on over 13.74 acres of land with built up area of 6 lacs sq. feet.
These were the residential projects for phase 2, now the commercial projects in
phase 2 will be also quite good. The first to be mentioned is the Jindal
Business Park. It will be a premium office premises for elite offices which
will be developed in over 13.82 acres of land.
Then there will be Jindal
galleria which will be mall cum hotel with many high class shops, offices,
eateries, entertainment zone with a 45 room hotel.
And there will be Jindal multi
specialty hospital for medical requirements of the people residents of Sonipat
global city.
