NCR stands for Near Capital
Region which is referred to the areas surrounding the national capital of India
that is Delhi. In the NCR come the metro cities like Gurgaon, Noida, Greater
Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Sonepat. Out of these Gurgaon, Faridabad and
Sonepat are parts of Haryana state and Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad are
parts of Uttar Pradesh. All these areas are among the most fiercely developed
areas in probably whole of the India.
The majorities of real
estate sonepat in these areas is being carried out by the private real
estate companies and the real estate developed by these companies are very
popular and in very much demand in public in case of both living as well as for
commercial purposes. The places which are on top in terms of development are
Gurgaon and Noida. And the newest in the race of real estate
development is Sonepat. All these places considered to be hub for many
commercial and industrial activities mainly the IT industry.
Along with private real estate
companies there are also many government real estate development departments
which are responsible for making plans for development of these areas and
develop the properties in sonepat and infrastructure of the area accordingly.
The government agency that is responsible for real estate development
in Delhi is DDA (Delhi Development Authority) and the agency responsible for
real estate development in Haryana s known as HUDA (Haryana Urban Development
Authority).
