The real estate in Pune is making
an upsurge, as is clear from several upcoming residential and commercial

here. In Baner too, the price appreciation of 17% has rendered the locality the

projects are seeing the light of the day here. Baner's connectivity to
Mumbai-Pune Expressway provides better commutation facilities.
Koregaon Park has remained one of
the prestigious IT hubs. A Pune residential property comes at too high a price
here. With the current psf rate of Rs. 11430/sq ft., a 2 BHK could cost you
around 85 lacs to 2 crores! The presence of major IT/ITeS, insurance, and
commercial companies bring the locality in the mainstream of realty market. Yet
another hot-spot of Pune is Balwadi. Its strategic closeness to Baner, good
infrastructure, and several upcoming projects has attracted both the high-end
buyers as well as investors.
